At Colores Enterprises, we provide people-centered HR consulting and employee relations support for start-ups and established businesses across Southern California. With over 20 years of human resources experience, Colores Enterprises brings deep expertise across a wide range of industries, including nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, restaurants, retail, government, and high-tech environments. We have supported both unionized and non-union workforces and offer bilingual, bicultural HR consulting in English and Spanish. Our work spans the full spectrum of HR services, including HR compliance, employee relations, workplace investigations, training, workplace culture, benefits and compensation guidance, retention strategies, succession planning, policy development, and people strategy.
We also bring specialized experience supporting Head Start programs, preschools, and early childhood education organizations. Our guidance is informed by an understanding of Office of Head Start grant-related HR requirements and the Head Start Program Performance Standards (45 CFR §1302.90 – Personnel Policies), helping programs align people practices with regulatory expectations while supporting their workforce.
