We also bring specialized knowledge in Office of Head Start grant-specific Human Resources compliance, including guidance aligned with the Head Start Program Performance Standards (45 CFR §1302.90 – Personnel Policies) and related requirements. Membership plans provide employers with access to comprehensive HR support tailored to the size of their workforce, while one-time project packages offer specialized solutions for immediate or unique needs.

Annual Membership Packages*
A limited number of membership spaces are available each year to ensure personalized, high-quality support
5 Hours/Year → $750
Includes remote support
10 Hours/Year → $1,500
Includes 1 onsite visit*** and remote support
15 Hours/Year → $2,250
Includes 2 onsite visits*** and remote support
25 Hours/Year → $3,750
Includes 3 onsite visits***, remote support, + 1 add on**
*All annual membership packages require a 12-month minimum commitment.

***50-mile radius from consultant’s home office, additional miles charged at GSA standard rate
